In building a new home there are so many decisions to be made. I will help you design  your home specialy, for you, while working on a budget that works for you. This is one of the most inportant times of the whole process. The more info and itmes you can pick out before you start your home, the more excited you will be end the end. 

     I have no problem using  a subcontractor that you like. I understand that you may have a family member or a friend that does construction work and may give you a great price. The only problem I hve is that I can't garantee there work. If there is a problem, then it is up to you to arange for them to return to honer there warrany. I also require that they have the required state license. 

      Another very inportant item is communication. There is no dum question. I work for you and if you have a question, please ask. I have over 30 years of experence and go to classes each year to up date myself on the new codes, producets, and ways to do things. I will also agree that I do not know everything. In todays world products are continusualy changing, and new products are always comming out. I will always tell you the truth weather you like it or not. If there is a problem then it is allways better to work out a soulution than to forget it and hope it goes away.
